Dr. Pascaline Gaborit is the main founder of Pilot4dev a think tank working on climate, development, S.D.Gs and dialogue. The aim of PILOT4DEV is to connect stakeholders to boost sustainable development but also to create dialogue among institutions, stakeholders and civil society. With a PhD background in political science, she published several books and articles on cities, international cooperation, culture, conflicts, and gender. She organizes, and moderates events, publishes reports, research and coordinates projects. Pascaline was the director of the Pilot Cities Network for 12 years
