Today, on the 30th of November 2021, was held the final event of the Pilot 4 Research and Dialogue (P4R&D) project on green economy in Tanzania.
This comes at the term of a 2-year project on macroeconomics, fiscal governance, and economic perspectives in Tanzania. Findings and policy recommendations include the essential role of youth, the importance of women and the need for an enhanced public-private dialogue. All these topics were part of this morning's very important discussion on green economy that has been nourished by actors from the Tanzanian government, NGOs, experts, researchers and many more.
The entire session has been recorded and is available on Youtube at the following link: Panel on Moving Towards a Green Economy in Tanzania - YouTube
Additionally, the P4R&D's team produced a scientific book entitled "Learning from Resilience Strategies in Tanzania" that includes various questionings and studies about green economy related topics. The book is available in the "Knowledge" section of our website as well as at the following link in open access: https://www.peterlang.com/document/1152350
