Connecting Stakeholders to Boost
Sustainable Development

We congratulate Professor Élise Féron on her contribution to The Routledge Handbook of Feminist Peace Research. Dr. Élise Féron is a board member of Pilot4DEV and Director of our program Pilot 4 Research and Dialogue in Tanzania. You can find more about the project here: https://www.pilot4dev.com/projects/94-pilot-4-research-and-dialogue

The book is co-authored and co-edited by Dr. Élise Féron, Dr. Tarja Väyrynen, Dr. Swati Parashar, and Dr. Catia C. Confortini. It is a much-needed addition to the gap in the intersectional analysis of peace, justice, and violence. The aim of this literary contribution is to create visibility for feminist peace research which often gets overlooked in the mainstream discussions of peace research. pdfhow to use joomla

The handbook is written for students, activists, and scholars who are interested in the subject. It delves into a gendered analysis of 5 major themes:

  • Methodologies and genealogies
  • Politics, power, and violence
  • Institutional and societal interventions to promote peace
  • Bodies, sexualities, and health
  • Global Inequalities
