Emmanuel Rivéra is the Project Officer at Pilot4Dev.

Emmanuel graduated from the University College London with an MSc in Globalization and Latin American Development and has put his knowledge to use for several years working with NGOs on various international development and humanitarian topics. He is assisting Dr. Pascaline Gaborit in the delivery of Pilot4Dev activities on the CRIC, Pilot 4 Research and Dialogue and Life Adapt Island projects.
